Rich is a bodybuilding legend, having won countless titles including “Mr. America, Mr. Universe, and Professional Mr. World. Rich is also a three-time runner up to the Mr. Olympia and first time winner of the now famous, Arnold Classic. In 2009 Rich was awarded the Ben Weider Lifetime Achievement Award for his achievements both on and off the stage and most recently he was inducted into the Muscle Beach Hall of Fame.
Having spent more than 10 years as a professional bodybuilder and gaining a wealth of experience in diet, nutrition and supplementation, in 2001 Rich put his power of success to work establishing the now world famous, Gaspari Nutrition Company.
